Test Lead
Location:
Adelaide / Hybrid (minimum 2 days onsite)
Contract role for a government client.
Security Requirement:
Current National Police Check (mandatory)
Harrison McMillan is seeking a Test Lead to join a client team to oversee all testing activities and ensure quality and readiness. This is a lift and shift role where a current system is being replaced due to end of life.
- Develop and execute test strategies, plans, and schedules
- Manage test phases across system integration and user acceptance
- Coordinate test activities across technical, finance, and business teams
- Use tools such as Jira , Zephyr , and Opkey to manage test outcomes
- Ensure traceability of requirements through to successful delivery.
- Experience in a software or systems testing leadership role
- Strong working knowledge of Oracle , Jira , Zephyr , and Opkey
- Exposure to financial/accounting systems and environments
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Project Management qualifications
- Prior experience in public sector or financial system implementations
