We currently have two exciting opportunities to join the Harrison McMillan team in Adelaide, whether you’re an experienced recruiter ready to take ownership of a busy desk or looking to start a career in recruitment.

Account Manager – Corporate Services

We’re looking for an experienced recruiter to take ownership of an established Corporate Services desk across government and commercial markets. With strong existing job flow and client relationships, this is an opportunity to hit the ground running while having the autonomy to grow your market, strengthen client partnerships and generate new business.

You’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle while building on an established portfolio, supported by an experienced team and dedicated marketing, administration, finance and operational support.

Entry Level Recruitment Consultants

We’re also looking for ambitious people who want to build a career in recruitment, with no previous recruitment experience required.

There are two career pathways available depending on your strengths and interests: Associate Account Manager, with a focus on clients, relationships and sales, or Recruitment Partner, with a focus on candidates, sourcing and recruitment delivery.

You’ll receive structured training through HMc’s Recruitment Excellence program, alongside hands-on coaching from experienced consultants while working on real recruitment assignments.
