DIRECTOR - BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT

Lead and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance. This role has overall accountability for Quality Management, Group Management Systems, Knowledge Management (including systems), Procurement and Supply Chain, and Facilities.

DIRECTOR - GROWTH ANZ

Responsible for driving business development, bids and proposals, and capability and innovation to position Nova Systems for sustainable profitable growth, market leadership, and long-term success.

DIRECTOR - BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT
