Coopers is offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service professional to join their team that enjoys providing an exceptional level of service and support to Coopers’ customers. As a team player, you'll be encouraged to think outside the box, bringing fresh perspectives to the table.
Responsible for key areas of the business including data entry of customer orders, managing local, interstate and New Zealand customer orders, compile, prepare interstate carrier documentation, customer claims management and resolution and providing ad hoc back up support to the warehouse and administration teams.
The successful candidate will be a positive, energetic and a highly organized individual with attention to detail, time management and a ‘can-do’ attitude is a must.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:- Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced B2B customer service role.
- Demonstrated experience working with Interstate Transport (desirable but not essential)
- Excellent phone manner with a positive demeanor
- Able to bring fresh innovative ideas to the role.
- Ability to problem solve, with high attention to detail
- Strong computer skills across Microsoft Office
- Experience with JD Edwards / ERP (Highly desirable but not essential)
- Conflict resolution skills with a high level of emotional intelligence
