We are currently seeking candidates with internal talent acquisition experience
to support a number of clients across Adelaide. This role will play a critical part in end-end recruitment sourcing and securing top talent to support the company's ambitious growth plans.
What you'll be doing
- Partnering with hiring managers to identify and define their talent needs
- Developing and executing effective end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract high-calibre candidates
- Screening and assessing applicants to identify the best-fit candidates
- Coordinating the interview and selection process
- Extending job offers and negotiating employment terms
- Maintaining a talent pipeline to support the company's ongoing recruitment requirements
- Providing regular recruitment activity reporting and analytics
- Continuously researching and implementing innovative sourcing techniques
What we're looking for
- 3-5 years' experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, ideally within a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and securing high-calibre candidates
- Excellent understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing strategies
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Passion for talent management and a keen interest in the latest HR trends
- Australian work rights are required.
