These temporary contracts are available across Healthcare, Government, Local Government, Not-for-Profit and Commercial sectors.
About the Roles
Depending on the temporary contracts, you may support recruitment functions, talent acquisition teams, or broader People & Culture operations, providing end-to-end recruitment and employee lifecycle support. These contracts may fall anywhere between a 3 to 6 month period, with potential extension or permanency outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes across a variety of portfolios
- Preparing and posting job advertisements across multiple platforms
- Screening, interviewing and shortlisting candidates
- Proactively sourcing and engaging talent through various channels
- Building talent pipelines for current and future workforce requirements
- Coordinating interviews, assessment centres and recruitment activities
- Managing candidate communications and delivering an exceptional candidate experience
- Conducting reference checks and managing offer processes
- Coordinating onboarding, inductions and pre-employment requirements
- Managing compliance documentation including licenses, qualifications and clearances
- Maintaining accurate recruitment records and HR ATS systems (PageUp, Springboard, SuccessFactors, Workday or similar)
- Reviewing and updating position descriptions
- Supporting workforce planning and recruitment projects
- Partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders to provide recruitment advice and support
- Assisting with HR administration and employee lifecycle activities
- Contributing to People & Culture initiatives, projects and process improvement activities
- Supporting employment award rates, contract preparation and further HR documentation requirements
- Ensuring compliance with organisational policies, procedures and legislative requirements
About You
To be successful, you'll bring:
- Previous experience in Recruitment Coordination, Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Consulting or HR Administration
- Experience managing recruitment processes in agency and/or internal recruitment environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong attention to detail and administration capability
- A proactive, adaptable and customer-focused approach
- Experience within Government, Healthcare, Community Services or Corporate environments will be highly regarded
- Exposure to HR systems, recruitment platforms and employee records management
Highly Desirable
- National Police Clearance
- Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- DHS Screening and Vulnerable Person-related clearances
- Current driver's license
- Qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or related disciplines
- Experience within Healthcare, Community Services, Government or Professional Services sectors
