We are looking to bring in a couple temporary Infrastructure Engineer / Systems Administrator for a 3-month contract to assist with critical infrastructure-related cyber remediation efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systems administration, networking, and security, with hands-on experience in remediating infrastructure vulnerabilities. Key Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in Windows server environments
- Deep knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing etc.)
- Expertise in patch management, system hardening, and vulnerability remediation
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure Cloud)
- Proficiency in automation and scripting (Bash, PowerShell, Python)
- Experience with monitoring, alerting, and backup systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience handling critical incidents
Experience with interpreting audit findings/pen test outcomes & determining next steps. Responsibilities:
- Assist with remediation of identified security vulnerabilities across infrastructure systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance or security issues
- Implement best practices for system hardening, security monitoring, and patching
- Collaborate with the security and network teams to ensure systems are secure and compliant
