Role Overview
You’ll be the glue that keeps the service team running smoothly! From organising schedules to supporting daily office tasks, you’ll ensure everything runs like clockwork. A mix of admin, communication, and coordination makes this role perfect for a multitasker who loves variety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch administrative support across the business.
  • Manage office operations, including correspondence, phones, and supplies.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and reports with high attention to detail.
  • Act as a central point for internal and external communications.
  • Assist with finance and HR tasks, including invoices and expenses.
  • Support IT systems and liaise with technical support as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and assist staff in compliance.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
  • Previous experience in administration, preferably in a service or technical field.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive and solution-focused mindset.
  • Comfortable working independently and within a team environment.
