Role Overview
This position involves managing Unix/Linux server environments (Red Hat preferred), supporting NFS/storage systems, and maintaining critical backend infrastructure. You'll work in both operational and project contexts, contributing to infrastructure resilience and system uptime in a secure, high-availability setting.

Key Responsibilities

Provide Tier 2/3 support in a ticket-based queue environment

Administer Unix/Linux server infrastructure (focus on Red Hat)

Participate in project work, upgrades, and migrations

Contribute to team documentation and process improvements

Participate in the on-call support roster

Strong Unix/Linux systems administration (Red Hat Enterprise Linux preferred)

Experience supporting large-scale enterprise IT infrastructure

Red Hat Satellite or Ansible knowledge (desirable)
