About the Role
As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development, configuration, and customisation of the ServiceNow platform to meet organisational needs. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design technical solutions, and implement enhancements that improve efficiency, automation, and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows.
- Customise the ServiceNow platform to meet evolving business needs.
- Collaborate with business analysts, IT teams, and end-users to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Develop integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
- Maintain and improve platform performance, security, and compliance.
- Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes.
- Stay up to date with new ServiceNow features and best practices.
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
- Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow integration methods (REST, SOAP, APIs).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
