Role Overview
This is a contract administration and processing role focused on supporting the day-to-day management of commercial agreements. Working in a structured, back-office environment, you will be responsible for reviewing payments, monitoring contractual obligations, reconciling financial information, and maintaining accurate records. The role is highly process-driven and requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
About the Person
You are organised, analytical, and enjoy working with numbers in a structured environment. You have experience in finance, accounting, banking administration, or a similar administrative role where accuracy and compliance are essential. You are comfortable working with repetitive processes, following established procedures, and using Excel to review and reconcile financial information.
Key Responsibilities
- Review payments, contractual obligations, and milestone payments.
- Support the administration of commercial contracts.
- Complete financial reviews and reconciliations using Excel.
- Conduct company searches and verification activities.
- Maintain accurate records and contract documentation.
- Ensure compliance with established processes and procedures.
- Undertake verification of identity processes following training.
- Work collaboratively to support the efficient delivery of contract administration activities.
- Experience in finance, accounting, banking administration, or a similar administrative environment.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel for financial review and reconciliation tasks.
- Ability to work accurately within structured, process-driven environments.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data integrity.
- Previous government experience is advantageous but not essential.
