As a Recruitment Partner, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a range of business units. You'll work closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to identify needs, design attraction strategies, and deliver best practice recruitment solutions. This is a 12-month contract role offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on talent acquisition outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for a broad range of roles across multiple departments
- Partner with hiring managers to provide tailored advice and recruitment strategies
- Source talent through a variety of channels, including direct outreach and internal networks
- Coordinate the interview and selection process, ensuring a smooth candidate experience
- Support workforce planning initiatives and talent pipeline development
- Contribute to employer branding and process improvement projects where required
- Proven experience in recruitment, either internal or agency-side
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities concurrently
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment reporting
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
