About the role:
Exciting opportunity for a sales and customer service superstar to start a new career in recruitment where no two days are the same! If you are seeking your next step in your corporate career HMc has an opportunity for a driven, tech savvy, fast paced person to join our team on a full-time basis.
 
This role has no recruitment experience necessary as we are hiring based on culture fit and personality as we can train the rest. Learn from some of the best in the industry as our next recruitment administrator. Strong background in customer service or retail and working with KPI’s or sales targets is strongly desired.
 
This role is full time based in the CBD of Adelaide, you will execute a wide variety of recruitment responsibilities including working with clients, writing advertisements, assessing candidates, sourcing and head-hunting candidates, interviewing, reference checking and administration duties.
 
This position requires someone with high energy and passion with a candidate-first focus, excellent written and verbal communication skills along with the highest level of professionalism and customer service whilst operating within key project milestones.

About you: 
  • You’re a multi-tasker who loves problem solving
  • You have a desire and passion to work in the recruitment industry
  • Previous experience working with KPIs or in Sales environments
  • A positive attitude and natural curiosity to ask the right questions
  • Ability to use initiative and work independently whilst being agile
  • High sense of urgency and speed of delivery, without compromising on quality
  • Professionally presented, impeccable customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience supporting a variety of stakeholders or customers
  • Strong communication and time management skills, with the ability to manage expectations and time frames
  • Previous experience with CRM or Databases is a bonus
