Harrison McMillan is seeking a Project Manager (EL1) to work with a Federal Government Department in Canberra.
RoleThis role is responsible for managing one of the projects within the large, high value SouthPAN program that includes multiple technical and infrastructure projects and other complex stakeholder management, delivered across multiple organisations and countries. The project is currently in the establishment (acquisition) phase, and you will be responsible for the project management function, providing leadership and integration to improve outcomes during the entire lifecycle of program implementation and sustainment.

Familiarity with Project Management Frameworks, the Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and systems engineering methodologies

Minimum 7+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on large-scale or complex programs

Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)

Proven ability to manage schedules and project deliverables

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. MS Project)

Experience in delivering Government programs
