As the Personal Assistant, you will be proactive, highly organised and can provide exceptional administrative and executive support. This role requires a high level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism, along with the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic business environment.

You’ll bring strong judgement, discretion, and professionalism to all aspects of your work, while managing calendars, prioritising tasks, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly. Your collaborative approach, polished presentation, and proactive attitude will see you take initiative, meet deadlines, and embrace a hands-on approach to challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars and scheduling for the Executive Chairman
- Calendar management and scheduling
- Coordinate corporate travel bookings (training provided if required)
- Prepare monthly board reports and support meeting requirements.
- Flexibility to occasionally work outside of standard hours 8.30am to 5pm
- A Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a PA at a senior level.
- Experience with events planning management and corporate dining functions.
- Exceptional communication and confident using a range of software programs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- A proactive, hands-on mindset with a can do attitude
