Your Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
- Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior leaders.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with professionalism and accuracy.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Coordinate meetings, manage agendas, and follow up on action items.
- Maintain office efficiency by handling document management and communication.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to support business operations.
- Assist with project planning, tracking, and execution to ensure deadlines are met.
- Provide administrative support for key initiatives and company-wide processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve challenges with a proactive, solution-focused approach.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
- Maintain strong relationships by ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Represent the company with confidence, discretion, and attention to detail.
