About You
You’re an exceptional multitasker with outstanding organisational skills. You thrive in a high-energy environment, providing seamless support to executives and ensuring business operations are streamlined and efficient.

Your Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior leaders.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Office & Workflow Management
  • Coordinate meetings, manage agendas, and follow up on action items.
  • Maintain office efficiency by handling document management and communication.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to support business operations.
Project & Task Coordination
  • Assist with project planning, tracking, and execution to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Provide administrative support for key initiatives and company-wide processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve challenges with a proactive, solution-focused approach.
Stakeholder & Client Engagement
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
  • Maintain strong relationships by ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Represent the company with confidence, discretion, and attention to detail.
