Your OpportunityJoin Kalyra as a Learning and Engagement Facilitator, where you'll play a key role in empowering and developing our Help at Home workforce. You’ll lead the design and delivery of engaging learning experiences tailored to the diverse needs of aged care professionals across clinical and operational areas.

What You'll Bring
You’re a passionate and adaptable educator who believes in the power of learning to uplift and empower others. You have a genuine respect for older people and the aged care workforce who support them. With your strong communication skills and collaborative approach, you build trust, inspire engagement, and create learning environments that are inclusive, practical and impactful. You’re also organised, proactive, and bring a positive energy to everything you do.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following:

Diploma or higher-level qualification in adult education (or related discipline) and/or a Cert IV in Workplace Training & Assessment is required

Registered Nurse qualifications
-
Previous experience in a similar role is highly regarded
-
Demonstrated experience in delivering competency-based learning, systems-based learning, management capability learning and team dynamics workshops
-
Demonstrated experience in creating a learning environment that is safe, stimulates learning, growth and learning transfer
-
Current SA driver’s license
-
National Police Check or willingness to obtain one
-
3 x COVID-19 vaccinations and annual influenza vaccination
