The role is responsible for incident resolution for ICT system end users through troubleshooting and remediation techniques. Key Responsibilities and Requirements
- Provide effective first and second level ICT support including desktop hardware, internet, Office365, LAN/WAN environments.
- Have knowledge in installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware like PCs, notebooks, tablets, and smartphones, and computer operating systems and software applications.
- Comprehensive communication and interpersonal skills, and able to work effectively in a team.
- Ability to work with limited direction, exercise initiative and coordinate and prioritise workloads.
