Role Overview
The HR Administrator will support the People & Culture team across a range of administrative tasks during a busy period. A key focus of the role will be reviewing and reformatting position descriptions, maintaining and updating employee data within SuccessFactors, and assisting with job evaluation processes. This is a 3-month contract, with the possibility of extension, requiring an immediate start.
About the Person
You are a detail-oriented HR administrator with strong documentation and systems experience. You take pride in delivering accurate work, enjoy supporting process improvements, and are comfortable working independently. Exposure to job evaluation methodologies (such as Mercer) will be highly regarded but is not essential.
Key Responsibilities

Review, reformat, and update existing position descriptions to align with organisational standards

Maintain accurate employee data and position records in SuccessFactors

Support the team with job evaluation activities (Mercer methodology advantageous)

Ensure documentation is consistently formatted, compliant, and up to date

Provide general administrative support to the broader HR/People & Culture team as required
Skills, Knowledge and Experience

Prior experience in an HR administration or coordinator role

Excellent attention to detail and formatting/documentation skills

Proficiency in HR systems; experience with SuccessFactors is highly desirable

Familiarity with job evaluation processes (Mercer methodology advantageous)

Strong organisational and time management skills

Professional written and verbal communication abilities
