Role Overview
This is a trusted Executive Assistant role supporting the CEO and Leadership Team. You will be the person who keeps things running smoothly, brings order to busy days and ensures leaders can focus on what matters most. The role combines high level executive support with project coordination, events, communication and follow-through across the leadership group.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, meetings, travel and correspondence for the CEO and leaders
- Prepare agendas, minutes, presentations and executive and board documentation
- Coordinate projects, initiatives, events and leadership activities from planning to delivery
- Track actions, deadlines and priorities to ensure strong follow through
- Manage board papers and communications with accuracy and discretion
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the leadership team
- Support onboarding and engagement of new leadership team members
- Manage internal communications for the CEO and Leadership Team
- Represent Beerenberg’s values in every interaction
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or senior administrative professional
- Strong organisational and time management capability
- Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and follow through
- Proficiency across Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools
- Strong relationship building and stakeholder engagement skills
- High levels of discretion, integrity and professionalism
