This is a key role for a highly organised Executive Assistant supporting the day-to-day operations of the executive leadership team. Strong experience in preparing clear, well-structured agendas and accurately taking minutes for board and leadership meetings is essential. You will coordinate diaries, manage communication, and ensure meetings and documentation are managed with professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities
- Calendar, email, and travel management
- Coordinating meetings and maintaining executive priorities
- Preparing board and executive-level agendas, reports, presentations, and taking accurate minutes
- Liaising with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Assisting with project coordination and documentation
- Maintaining confidentiality and professional discretion at all times
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
- Proven experience in the aged care sector (mandatory). Strong experience in governance support, agendas, and minutes essential
- Experience in aged care, health, government, or similarly complex, people-centred environments is desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and calendar management tools
