Role Overview
The Events Coordinator will plan and deliver early careers and outreach events that engage students, schools, and universities. This role is offered as an initial contract with the opportunity to become permanent, providing variety, creativity, and hands-on coordination while supporting events that inspire future talent and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver engaging events for students, schools, and universities.
  • Coordinate event logistics including scheduling, registrations, and on-site support.
  • Manage event materials and merchandise to ensure readiness and brand alignment.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Collect feedback and prepare reports to evaluate event effectiveness.
  • Contribute ideas to continuously improve event experiences.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience
  • Previous experience in event coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator, comfortable presenting and engaging with audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Creative, proactive, and a strong team player.
  • Australian citizenship is required.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearances.
