Role Overview
The Information Systems Team Leader will lead the planning, delivery, and implementation of information systems that support data capture and enhance strategic and operational reporting. The role will manage a small technical team, oversee data systems administration, and deliver analytical services to meet data reporting needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of complex data information reporting and digital solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide expert technical advice on Data strategy, data integrity, and security
- Ensure capability development and effective problem resolution.
- Ensure smooth reporting to directors in the environment.
- Proficiency in SQL Server and related Microsoft technologies (e.g., Power BI, Visual Studio), with additional experience in healthcare integration tools and standards such as Mirth Connect, HL7, and XML.
- Experience across complex data landscapes
- Experience across data warehousing and data lakes.
- Strong analytical skills to assess risks, solve problems, and align systems with business needs
- Clear communication with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
