We’re seeking a skilled Business Analyst who can bridge business needs with cyber security transformation initiatives, ensuring every solution is not only effective but secure by design.
Role Overview
As a Senior Business Analyst – Cyber Transformation, you will take the lead in analysing complex challenges across cyber programs, translating requirements into actionable solutions, and producing high quality artefacts across agile, waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.
You’ll collaborate with cyber and technology specialists to align business needs with secure architectures, enhance processes, and support compliance and risk assessments. Central to your role will be driving stakeholder engagement, capturing requirements, and enabling secure adoption of new digital ways of working.

You are a strong communicator and problem-solver, with a proven ability to translate cyber security and business requirements into practical, secure outcomes. You thrive in stakeholder engagement and can balance strategic insight with technical detail.
You understand that cyber transformation is not just about technology, it’s about people, processes, and building resilience across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse, define, and translate business and cyber security requirements into secure, actionable solutions.
- Partner with cyber specialists to identify risks, controls, and compliance considerations.
- Facilitate workshops and requirement sessions to align business goals with secure design principles.
- Communicate benefits, risks, and opportunities of cyber transformation initiatives to senior stakeholders.
- Drive adoption of secure technologies and resilient ways of working.
- Support continuous improvement to strengthen systems, processes, and outcomes.
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (desirable).
- Proven experience in the Cyber Security domain.
- Strong track record in requirements elicitation, process mapping, and business case development.
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, and Miro.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and documentation expertise, including stakeholder reporting.
- Skilled in facilitating workshops, interviews, and focus groups.
