As the Customer Service Officer, you’ll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and administrative support across a range of operational activities. This role involves managing customer interactions, processing data and documentation with precision, and ensuring timely and professional communication with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide responsive and professional customer service via phone, email, and other channels
- Support administrative processes, including documentation and data management
- Assist in coordinating activities related to installations, assessments, and rebate programs
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as required
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely issue resolution
- Uphold confidentiality and comply with organisational policies and standards
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within a call centre or similar environment
- Strong administrative skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn new systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
- Knowledge of energy efficiency, trades, or related industries (desirable)
