We have an exciting opportunity for a Communications and Marketing Advisor to join ANI’s Communications and Stakeholder Relations team. Primarily based in our Adelaide CBD office, with regular working days from our office in Osborne, this role is ideal for a communications professional with experience in internal engagement, marketing, and content development who is looking to take initiative and contribute to shaping ANI’s employer brand and strategic narrative.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing internal communications to ensure staff are engaged with ANI’s purpose, strategy, and initiatives through effective use of internal channels and events.
- Supporting the development and promotion of ANI’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP), corporate engagement initiatives, and brand messaging.
- Coordinating communications for industry events, careers expos, recognition programs, and community outreach events.
- Creating content for external platforms such as LinkedIn and contributing to website refresh efforts.
- Managing ANI’s image library, communication templates, and digital assets to ensure brand consistency.
- Collaborating with teams across ANI and external stakeholders to deliver impactful communications aligned with ANI’s values and strategy.
- Supporting communications for infrastructure projects and corporate publications.
You are a strategic thinker and creative communicator with excellent writing skills and can adapt messaging for diverse internal and external audiences. You are confident working across departments and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
You will also have:
- At least 5 years of experience in corporate communications or marketing.
- A degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field (highly desirable).
- Demonstrated ability to write clearly and effectively for diverse audiences.
- Experience working collaboratively with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in internal communications, corporate branding, and publication management.
- Familiarity with digital tools (e.g. intranet, social media, image libraries, PowerPoint).
- Experience in infrastructure or complex industrial environments (desirable).
- A current driver’s licence and willingness to work across multiple ANI sites.
