Ready to elevate your recruitment career? Lead client partnerships, win new work and deliver high-impact recruitment solutions.
The OpportunityA Client Delivery Lead role (Talent Acquisition Manager) at Harrison McMillan brings together the pace and variety of agency recruitment with the strategic influence and stakeholder depth of internal talent acquisition.
As a Client Delivery Lead (Talent Acquisition Manager), you will lead a diverse portfolio of recruitment and workforce projects across multiple organisations, industries and hiring challenges.
You will deliver structured recruitment programs from briefing through to completion, working closely with clients to translate organisational needs into practical hiring and resourcing strategies.

You will lead detailed project briefings, shape recruitment strategy, manage delivery teams and ensure projects are executed with precision, commercial awareness and exceptional candidate experience.
If you enjoy solving workforce challenges, leading structured recruitment campaigns and seeing a project delivered successfully from beginning to end, this role offers the opportunity to do exactly that.
