Change Lead

Are you passionate about leading change and helping people successfully transition through digital and organisational transformation? We are looking for Program Change Manager to play a key role in ensuring our projects achieve their goals by increasing employee adoption and engagement with new processes, technologies, and ways of working.

As the Program Change Manager, you'll focus on the people side of change enabling adoption, reducing resistance, and ensuring smooth implementation across impacted teams and stakeholders. You'll work closely with executive sponsors, project teams, and business units to implement strategies that ensure change is embraced and sustained across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive high employee adoption, utilisation, and proficiency in new systems, tools, and processes
  • Coach and support executive sponsors to lead change effectively and visibly
  • Build and manage a network of change champions across business units
  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans
  • Conduct change impact assessments and readiness evaluations
  • Create and deliver tailored communications and training plans
  • Identify and manage change-related risks and resistance
  • Integrate change management into broader project delivery plans
  • Define and track success metrics and change adoption KPIs
  • Design and implement reinforcement strategies for sustainable change
 
Your Experience:
  • Strong understanding of how people experience and respond to change
  • Proven experience in organisational change management, ideally in digital transformation contexts
  • Familiarity with structured change management methodologies (e.g. Prosci, Kotter, ADKAR)
  • Exceptional communication and active listening skills
  • Demonstrated stakeholder engagement and influencing capability
  • Ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organisation
  • Flexible, resilient, and solutions-focused, with a strong strategic mindset
  • Knowledge of project management principles and lifecycle
  • Change Management certification (e.g. Prosci) highly regarded
