Role Overview
You'll be responsible for providing crucial day-to-day support that keeps operations running smoothly – from data entry and email management to filing, record keeping and phone correspondence.
About the Person
We’re looking for candidates who are:

Highly organised and comfortable working in fast-paced environments

Confident communicators, both written and verbal

Detail-oriented with a knack for data accuracy

Keen to learn and adaptable across different tasks and systems
Previous experience in administration, reception, customer service or clerical roles is a bonus – but not essential.

Accurate and efficient data entry

Handling incoming emails and phone calls professionally

Records and file management

Updating internal databases and systems

General administrative support to the wider team

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Previous admin, reception or customer service experience desirable
