Role Overview
This is a 9 month contract opportunity, in the first instance based in Adelaide CBD. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining workforce analytics, dashboards and insights that enable informed decision-making across recruitment, rostering, and operational planning. The role monitors trends including agency/supplier usage, turnover, overtime and compliance to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
Working closely with Operational Leaders, Rostering, HR, Payroll and Finance teams, this position ensures that workforce data within in related systems is accurate, reliable and used to drive better workforce planning, budget alignment and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain workforce dashboards and reporting to support planning and decision-making
- Analyse workforce metrics including turnover, overtime, absenteeism and agency usage
- Provide insights to support recruitment, rostering and workforce sustainability
- Partner with stakeholders to model workforce demand and forecasting scenarios
- Ensure data accuracy across workforce systems and reporting platforms
- Support compliance reporting, audits and governance requirements
- Contribute to continuous improvement and workforce optimisation initiatives
- Demonstrated experience in workforce analytics, reporting or data analysis
- Advanced Excel and/or Power BI capability
- Experience with HRIS, payroll or rostering systems such as Humanforce, TechOne etc.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and data interpretation skills
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Understanding of workforce planning methodologies and HR metrics
- Experience in large or multi-site environments (preferred)
