Role Overview
Reporting into a senior leader, this role will see you working closely with operational leaders, clinical teams, and corporate functions to embed best-practice WHS across multiple sites. You will play a key role in influencing safety outcomes, supporting compliance, and driving a proactive safety culture.
This is a dynamic, site-based position requiring flexibility to travel across several locations. Full-time is preferred, though a 0.8 arrangement may be considered.

You are a proactive and confident WHS professional who enjoys partnering with stakeholders at all levels. You bring a practical, solutions-focused approach and are comfortable working in fast-paced, complex, and regulated environments.
You may come from aged care, healthcare, or another highly regulated industry, and are confident navigating compliance requirements while building strong relationships on the ground.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders and frontline teams across multiple sites to promote a positive safety culture
- Conduct and support risk assessments, including manual handling, infection control, psychosocial risks, and safety-related matters
- Lead incident investigations and support the implementation of corrective actions
- Provide advice on WHS legislation, standards, and best practice
- Support audits, compliance activities, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Contribute to injury management and return-to-work processes
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Demonstrated experience in a WHS advisory or business partnering role
- Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and risk management practices
- Experience working in a highly regulated environment (e.g. healthcare, aged care, financial services, or similar)
- Proven ability to influence, coach, and build relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Experience in incident investigation, audits, and compliance activities
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Relevant WHS qualifications
