Role Overview
This newly created 5-year contract position will play a key part in shaping future growth and development outcomes across the City of Unley.
Reporting to the General Manager, City Shaping, the Urban Precincts Lead will focus on the bigger picture, helping drive precinct growth, strategic projects, partnerships and future development opportunities across Unley.
The role will work closely with developers, industry, State Government and key stakeholders to help move ideas from concept through to real outcomes.
From strategic land opportunities and growth planning through to partnerships and Code Amendments, this role will sit at the centre of some genuinely interesting work.
About the Person
The successful candidate will bring experience across planning, development, property or the broader built environment sector, along with a strategic and commercially minded approach.
Strong stakeholder engagement capability, sound judgement and the ability to navigate complex environments confidently will be highly regarded. The role will suit somebody who is collaborative, resilient and comfortable working across a broad range of projects and stakeholder groups.
