About the Position
As a Talent Partner, you will work closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to deliver high-quality recruitment outcomes. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates through to offer management and onboarding coordination.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end recruitment across professional and / or technical roles

Proactive sourcing and talent pipelining through multiple channels

Stakeholder management and ongoing client engagement

Preparation and posting of role briefs and job advertisements

Screening, interviewing and shortlisting candidates

Managing offers and coordinating onboarding processes

Providing high-quality candidate care throughout the recruitment process

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records within ATS systems
About You

Proven experience in recruitment, either agency or in-house

Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple roles and competing priorities

Confident sourcing capability with a proactive candidate engagement approach

Experience in contract and temporary recruitment highly regarded
