Talent Acquisition Specialist

Dynamic role managing end-to-end recruitment, partnering with leaders, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.

Role Overview
As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will lead end-to-end recruitment activities across a range of portfolios. You’ll partner closely with leaders to understand workforce needs, design effective sourcing strategies, manage the candidate experience, and support workforce planning and onboarding processes. This is a hands-on role requiring strong stakeholder management, problem-solving and the ability to adapt quickly as business needs evolve.

You are a people-focused professional who enjoys engaging with stakeholders, building rapport, and providing a positive experience for every candidate. You’re organised, proactive and confident managing multiple recruitment processes at once. You’ll ideally bring strong communication skills, an eye for talent, and the ability to work both collaboratively and independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers to define recruitment needs and role requirements.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment including advertising, screening, interviewing and offers.
  • Source candidates through digital platforms, industry networks and talent pools.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment activity through Employment Hero.
  • Support position descriptions, talent pooling, and general People & Culture queries.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience
  • Experience in agency or internal recruitment with strong end-to-end capability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport.
  • Strong organisational skills and confidence managing competing priorities.
  • Experience using HRIS or recruitment platforms (e.g., Employment Hero).
  • Professional, collaborative approach with a commitment to a great candidate experience.
