Role Overview
This Talent Acquisition Partner role is responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment across a predominantly blue-collar, operational portfolio. Working closely with hiring managers on-site, you will take a practical and proactive approach to sourcing and hiring, supporting the business through a period of ongoing growth and change.
About the Person
You are a hands-on recruiter who enjoys being close to the business and working directly with operational leaders. You are confident, approachable, and solutions-focused, with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. This role will suit someone who values collaboration, is comfortable rolling up their sleeves, and takes ownership of outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across operational and blue-collar roles
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs
- Proactively source candidates using a variety of channels Screen, interview, and coordinate candidates through the hiring process
- Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes and practices
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition
- Experience recruiting within blue-collar or operational environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced setting
