Role Overview
As Supply Planner – ANZ, you’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining production and co-pack schedules to support customer service, inventory targets, and operational efficiency. Working within a dynamic, collaborative team, you’ll coordinate across internal sites and external partners to ensure supply plans are executed seamlessly across Australia and New Zealand.
This role suits an analytical and detail-oriented planner who enjoys turning complexity into order - and wants to make an impact in a fast-paced, premium production environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain short- and mid-term production and co-pack plans for premium and sparkling wine portfolios across ANZ.
 - Collaborate with internal operations and third-party co-packers to deliver on production timelines.
 - Translate demand forecasts into executable supply plans, managing constraints and ensuring service continuity.
 - Monitor inventory levels, balance aged stock, and optimise finished goods availability.
 - Maintain accurate planning data in ERP systems (e.g. JDE, SAP, Anaplan).
 - Drive process improvements and contribute to planning reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
 
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
Essential:
- 2–5 years’ experience in supply or production planning, ideally within FMCG, beverage, or wine industries.
 - Strong understanding of production scheduling, co-packing, and inventory processes.
 - Proficiency in ERP or planning systems (JDE, SAP, or Anaplan).
 - Strong Excel skills and planning discipline.
 
- Experience with premium or sparkling wine production environments.
 - Knowledge of cross-Tasman logistics and co-pack models.
 - Degree qualification in Supply Chain, Business, or Operations Management.
