Harrison McMillan is seeking a Software Engineer (EL1 equivalent) to work with a Federal Government Department.

Designing and developing Power Apps to support FWIN business processes

Implementing Dataverse as the primary data store for FWIN records

Designing and configuring Power Automate flows to support data validation, workflow automation, and notifications
-
Migrating existing data from SharePoint Lists to Dataverse
-
Ensuring data quality, integrity, and consistency throughout the migration process
-
Applying appropriate security roles, permissions, and governance controls
-
Collaborating with business users to refine requirements and iterate solutions

Producing clear technical and operational documentation, including
-
Data model and solution design
-
Application configuration
-
Support and maintenance requirements

Delivering user training, knowledge transfer, and hyper-care support following deployment

Experience developing Microsoft Power Apps canvas/model driven apps and Power Automate flows

Consulting skills such as solution architecture design, and stakeholder management

Experience implementing governance policies for applications and data within Dataverse
-
Strong communication skills for collaborating across internal teams

Ability to troubleshoot and optimise performance of complex workflows, application and data connections

Foundational knowledge of Microsoft 365 Platform

Technical capabilities in the development of Microsoft Power Apps & foundational knowledge of the Microsoft 365 Platform
