With a strong pipeline of work underway, our clients are seeking experienced Site Supervisors to take ownership of site delivery and play a key role in the successful execution of fast-paced, high-standard projects.
About the Role
As a Site Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high level of finish.
You’ll work closely with Project Managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep projects running smoothly and efficiently from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site operations across commercial & fit-out projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and deliveries
- Ensure programs, quality standards, and safety requirements are met
- Manage site documentation and reporting
- Maintain strong communication with project stakeholders
About You
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor within commercial or fit-out construction
- Strong understanding of build programs and site sequencing
- Ability to lead site teams and drive productivity
- High attention to detail and quality finishes
- Solid knowledge of WHS requirements
