As the Showroom Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the day-to-day operations, presentation, and commercial success of our Dernancourt showroom.
You’ll lead a small team, oversee displays and stock flow, and work closely with builders, designers, and homeowners to deliver tailored premium product solutions.
Your focus will be on driving sales growth across both builder and retail markets using your industry knowledge and relationship-building skills to turn enquiries into results. You’ll also collaborate directly with the business owners on marketing ideas, product mix, and sales strategy, providing valuable insights to shape the future of the brand.

The responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Overseeing showroom operations, presentation, and product displays
- Providing exceptional customer service, guiding clients through our range of bathroom fixtures, fittings, and accessories
- Demonstrating product features and benefits, offering tailored advice and design solutions
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with builders, renovators, and retail customers
- Preparing accurate quotes, read and interpret plans, and ensure orders are fulfilled efficiently
- Achieving individual and team sales targets through proactive selling and strong product knowledge
- Collaborating on marketing and promotional initiatives to drive growth
- Leading, coaching, and motivating showroom staff to deliver outstanding results
- Maintaining a high standard of showroom presentation and stock management
- Staying up to date with industry trends, new product launches, and competitor activity
- Proven experience in showroom or trade sales within bathroomware, tapware, or building supplies
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to read building plans and prepare detailed builder quotes
- Proficiency with quoting, invoicing systems and solid computer literacy
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a can-do attitude and genuine passion for customer service
