Role Overview
Need customer-focused with strong communication skills and a desire to learn. While prior technical experience isn’t required, basic understanding of IT fundamentals is required. We operate in a Windows 11 environment, supported by an in-house Desktop Support team of three and a Service Desk team of six.
About the Person
The successful candidate should have hands experience on Windows 11, problem solving, and technical skills who can foster collaboration and deliver efficient and accurate service outcomes. They will be adaptable, customer-focused, and motivated to drive team performance and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Clear communication skills with no language barriers
- A basic understanding of IT fundamentals
- The ability to learn on the job, manage expectations, and keep job notes up to date

- Current National Police Check
- Delivers high-quality technical support and customer service
