Role Overview
As a Senior Project Officer, you will work closely with senior leaders to keep a major transformation program running smoothly, ensuring strong coordination, effective governance, and seamless day-to-day operations.
You’ll play a hands-on role across multiple workstreams, combining project support, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving to help drive delivery and keep momentum across a fast-paced, high impact program.
Key Responsibilities
- Support program governance activities including documentation, reporting, and coordination of governance forums
- Prepare agendas, meeting packages, and minutes for key stakeholder and governance meetings
- Maintain and manage project documentation including plans, risk and issue registers
- Provide administrative support across the program, including HR coordination and onboarding activities
- Ensure quality assurance and compliance of project documentation with established standards
- Assist in tracking project progress, risks, and issues, ensuring timely escalation where required
- Contribute to the successful delivery of project outcomes through task coordination and support
- Maintain accurate records in line with legislative and policy requirements
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service delivery
- Collaborate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders across multiple workstreams
