Role Overview
Based in Adelaide CBD, this role is responsible for delivering advanced HR operational and data support across multiple systems. You will play a key role in ensuring data accuracy, supporting HR projects, and maintaining continuity of People Operations services. The position works closely with internal stakeholders including Business Partners, Payroll, Rostering, and broader People & Culture teams.

You enjoy working behind the scenes to ensure systems and processes run smoothly and are confident supporting others with guidance and expertise. You are adaptable, collaborative, and capable of managing competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee data within HRIS systems, ensuring adherence to data standards and naming conventions
- Validate and reconcile employee data across multiple systems, including payroll and legacy platforms
- Review and support the work of junior team members, providing guidance on data entry and administrative processes
- Conduct regular data audits, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions
- Provide operational support and backfill for senior team members during project work or leave periods
- Assist with internal audits, including preparation and submission of HR documentation
- Develop and maintain simple standard operating procedures (SOPs) for HR processes
- Provide general HR administration and project support as required
- Support payroll-related activities such as variance checking when needed
- Demonstrated experience in HR operations, HRIS administration, or a similar role
- Strong experience with HR systems and data validation (experience with TechnologyOne highly regarded)
- High level of attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve data inconsistencies
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications
- Relevant qualification in HR, Business, or a related field (or currently studying) is desirable
- Understanding of working within a regulated environment is advantageous
