About the Role
In this role, you’ll work across the stack—from designing backend APIs to crafting dynamic user interfaces. You'll collaborate closely with cross functional teams to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions that enhance user experience and drive business goals.
You’ll Succeed If You Have:
- End-to-end development experience from concept through development, testing, and deployment
- Solid Ruby on Rails backend development skills
- Front-end experience with HTML5, React, JavaScript, and Node.js
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern deployment practices
- Strong understanding of API design and implementation
- Experience working with PostgreSQL or other relational databases
- A curious, inquisitive mindset with a passion for problem-solving
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
- A self-starter attitude — motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and grow
