Role Overview
Reporting to the Director, the Senior Accounts Receivable Officer will play a key role in the design, implementation, and optimisation of accounts receivable processes within a large-scale finance transformation project. You will work closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and implementation partners to deliver improved financial processes and system outcomes.

You are a highly experienced Accounts Receivable professional with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You thrive in complex environments, enjoy driving process improvements, and can confidently engage with a broad range of stakeholders. Experience working on finance system implementations or transformation projects will be highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design and implementation of new accounts receivable processes and system solutions.
- Lead process improvement and standardisation initiatives.
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop practical solutions.
- Provide expert advice on accounts receivable and financial processes.
- Assist with system testing, issue resolution, and process documentation.
- Contribute to the development of policies, procedures, and best-practice financial processes.
- Collaborate with project teams and external partners to maximise system functionality and automation opportunities.
- Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
- Extensive experience in Accounts Receivable and financial operations.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, policies, and procedures.
- Experience working on complex projects or business transformation initiatives.
- Proven ability to analyse issues, identify solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience gathering business requirements and mapping processes to system solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant accounting or finance qualifications will be highly regarded.
- Experience with ERP or finance system implementations is desirable.
