This established Australian organisation is known for providing health administration and technology services to their extensive customer base. It supports healthcare providers with billing, practice management, and digital solutions designed to streamline operations and improve efficiency. The organisation is known for delivering reliable, compliant, and client focused services, helping customers navigate a complex and evolving healthcare landscape.

They are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to work closely with Product Owners, delivery teams, and stakeholders to facilitate high quality outcomes and maximise value delivery. In this role, you will champion Agile ways of working, support continuous improvement, and optimise team performance.

You will act as a servant leader, helping teams self-organise and deliver effectively while embedding Agile principles across the organisation. You will also contribute to the ongoing maturity of Agile practices, working at both team and broader organisational levels to improve delivery outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and Agile activities to support delivery outcomes
  • Coach and mentor teams in Agile values, principles, and practice
  • Work closely with Product Owners to manage and prioritise the product backlog
  • Remove impediments and resolve conflicts impacting team delivery
  • Promote transparency and visibility of team progress to stakeholder
  • Drive continuous improvement through reflection and experimentation
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team environment
  • Support and mentor other Scrum Masters and contribute to Agile capability uplift
  • Communicate delivery progress and risks to leadership and stakeholders

Essential Skills and Experience
  • Certified Scrum Master (essential)
  • Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master in Agile delivery environments
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to influence, guide, and support teams without direct authority
  • Proven experience resolving team conflicts and removing delivery blockers
  • Solid understanding of Agile frameworks and practices (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
  • Strong technical and business acumen to support delivery decision making
  • Experience mentoring or supporting other Scrum Masters (highly regarded)
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills
