Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support teams to deliver high-value outcomes
- Work closely with Product Managers to plan, prioritise, and deliver work effectively
- Promote Agile principles and practices across delivery teams and stakeholders
- Support portfolio and program-level planning using Agile methodologies
- Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, continuous improvement, and servant leadership
- Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders on Agile practices and ways of working
Essential Skills and Experience
- Broad experience as a Scrum Master within a software application development environment
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire, influence, and negotiate using a collaborative and consultative approach
- Proven facilitation skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and empowering teams
- Demonstrated experience managing a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to lead through influence rather than authority
- Solid knowledge of Agile frameworks and practices, including Scrum, Kanban, XP , and related approaches
- Experience contributing to large-scale or enterprise Agile transformations (highly regarded)
- Strong independent problem-solving skills, creative thinking, and the ability to plan, prioritise, and implement strategies within a large, complex organisation
