Role Overview
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Revenue Officer will be responsible for supporting revenue administration, resident billing processes and daily financial transactions. The role plays an important part in ensuring accurate records and timely processing of revenue-related activities.

You are organised, adaptable and have excellent attention to detail. You are confident working with financial information, enjoy problem-solving and can manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Services Australia correspondence relating to resident fee changes.
- Complete basic reconciliations of resident billing charges and refunds.
- Process daily bank receipting.
- Record resident admission and discharge movements.
- Assist with general finance and revenue administration tasks as required.
- Previous experience in a Revenue Officer, Finance Administration or similar role.
- Experience with financial processing and reconciliations.
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel and general computer skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a finance team.
