Role Overview
This is a dynamic and multifaceted role responsible for coordinating research activities, supporting accreditation processes, and strengthening quality systems across the organisation.
Working within a dedicated Quality, Safety & Reporting function, you will engage with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure research is effectively managed, culturally appropriate, and translated into practical outcomes.
You will also play a key role in preparing for and maintaining accreditation standards, supporting audits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
- Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience in research, health, or quality systems
- Experience coordinating research projects and/or accreditation processes
- Strong understanding of research frameworks and governance
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
- Analytical thinking with the ability to interpret and present complex information
- Experience working within community health or similar sectors (Required)
- Understanding of culturally appropriate practices in service delivery (highly regarded)
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience in research, health, or quality systems
- Must have a registered nursing background (highly regarded)
- Experience coordinating research projects and/or accreditation processes
- Strong understanding of research frameworks and governance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
- Analytical thinking with the ability to interpret and present complex information
- Experience working within community health or similar sectors (highly regarded)
