Delivery-focused Recruitment Partner required for a 3–4 month contract, supporting technical and project-based hiring in a fast-paced operational environment.

Role Overview
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, the Recruitment Partner will manage end-to-end recruitment across technical and operational portfolios. This is a 3–4 month contract requiring an experienced recruiter who understands project-based and trade-heavy environments and can deliver outcomes quickly and effectively.

The role will focus on sourcing, stakeholder engagement, recruitment compliance, auditing processes, and proactive talent pooling.

About the Person
You are a hands-on, delivery-focused recruiter with experience hiring within energy, electrical, construction, mining, or engineering environments. You understand the nuances of technical and trade recruitment and are confident partnering with hiring managers in fast-paced settings.

You are organised, resilient, and comfortable managing multiple requisitions while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full end-to-end recruitment processes across technical portfolios.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and sourcing strategies.
  • Conduct screening, shortlisting, interviews, and offer management.
  • Support recruitment auditing and compliance activities.
  • Develop and maintain proactive talent pools.
  • Ensure accurate management of recruitment activity within the ATS.
  • Provide regular reporting and updates to the TA Lead.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience
  • Proven end-to-end recruitment experience in energy, electrical, construction, mining, or engineering sectors.
  • Strong delivery focus with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Experience working in project-based or operational environments.
  • Experience using PageUp (highly regarded).
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work autonomously.
