As a Recruitment Business Partner within our Talent Solutions team, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving recruitment strategies and delivering exceptional outcomes for our partners. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, managing end-to-end recruitment processes while building strong partnerships with both existing and new customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior roles with a strong client and candidate experience lens
- Build trusted partnerships with HR and executive leaders, shaping talent strategies and engaging in strategic conversations
- Collaborate with our support team on sourcing, screening, compliance, and onboarding
- Prioritise and juggle multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
- Drive growth by achieving individual and team recruitment targets, contributing to practice profitability
- Contribute to the growth and visibility in the Melbourne market through client development, networking, and thought leadership.

You’ve successfully recruited across multiple disciplines and are comfortable partnering with CPOs, HR Managers, and senior stakeholders.
