Role Overview
Reporting to the Head of Information, this is a senior role responsible for leading the uplift of ANI’s records and information management capability across the organisation.
Operating within the ANI Nuclear Stewardship program, a key priority will be leading the deployment of a new Electronic Document and Records Management System (EDRMS) and embedding its use across the business.
A core focus of the role will be driving smarter, more effective use of ANI’s enterprise EDRMS and associated records platforms, ensuring the system is embedded into how the business operates, not treated as a compliance exercise. You will influence behaviours, improve processes and help teams use information more effectively to support delivery, risk management and decision making.
This role is about leadership, adoption and impact, not just maintaining a records function.

You are a confident, credible operator who can influence at all levels and bring people on the journey.
You understand how to translate records and information governance into practical business value. You are comfortable challenging existing ways of working, improving system use, and helping teams operate more efficiently through better information discipline.
